I am a Pastry Chef student at a community college in the Midwest. I became Vegan as of March 1st 2014. I have created this journal specifically to log recipes and pictures of things I have created. If my education ever takes me anywhere, I would love to own my own confections and pastry shop in an area full of locally owned businesses. Our area has a lot of bakeries, but most of them cater to cupcakes. I wish I could find bakeries that have more variety. So I'm dreaming one up...
